The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NORTHSOUTH.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NORTHSOUTH website and, together with our privacy policy, constitute a legal agreement between you and NORTHSOUTH. By using the NORTHSOUTH website, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and those of the privacy policy. Please read them carefully.

We may amend these Terms at any time at our discretion. If these Terms are amended, we shall display the revised terms and conditions on or via the NORTHSOUTH website and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you continue using the NORTHSOUTH platform after the amendments are displayed.

If you do not accept all of these Terms then you should not use the NORTHSOUTH website



When you place an online order through the site, you will be requested to provide personal and card payment details. After having received your order, NORTHSOUTH will send you an order confirmation via email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. NORTHSOUTH reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Sales will not be finalised until the order dispatches from the warehouse, and payment is successfully taken.

Orders on the site are subject to stock availability. Stock levels displayed to you are accurate at the last known update. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible.


Pricing and Payment

All site pricing will be shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). All pricing is shown inclusive of GST. Payment shall be made by a credit or debit card approved by NORTHSOUTH or PayPal. We will not supply the items to you until payment is confirmed.



We work as hard as we can to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within one business day of the order being placed and take 1-2 business days (Australia) and 3-9 business days (International orders). Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can all delay the shipment of your order. 

The delivery times provided by NORTHSOUTH are estimates only. NORTHSOUTH will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address NORTHSOUTH cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. 


Acceptance Of The Goods 

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 15 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
